Because real changes take time, we encourage you to explore the Korean-inspired principles and utilize the progress tracker. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the results or experience, you are entitled to request a complete refund within 30 days of purchase.

2. Digital Product Terms

Since the Acne Reset System consists of digital guides and online tracking tools:

• You do not need to "return" any physical items.
• Upon approval of your refund request, your login details for the progress dashboard and member portal will be deactivated.
• We ask that you delete any downloaded guide copies or checklist assets from your devices.

3. How to Request Your Refund

Once we receive your email, we will approve and trigger your refund via Stripe within 48 hours.
